HUMAYUN* INTRODUCTION When as per nature if the inner struggle of mankind begin, then, automatically it goes towards research in all means is a natural gift of mankind, which means new discoveries. In fact
man's mind always demand to know how? and why? Any thing, which comes out from research process, is the outcome of the process of knowledge. It means that research is also a gift of mankind's wisdom. So far the concept of faith and
religion is consumed. As far as developed countries are concerned they had made the front line and even made strong policies of a civilized and advanced societies. They believe in doing research and they implement the research in
their societies. But for Pakistan, it is a very difficult task, because there are many hurdles which Pakistan society is facing in the process of research. In Pakistani society we see a vacuum of research culture. In order to
develop research culture we have to follow some steps. Here are some important ways to improve and developed and build research culture in Pakistan. IMPORTANT STEPS TO BUILD RESEARCH CULTURE IN PAKISTANI SOCIETY
* First of all we should try to improve our literacy rate. * The most important role in developing research culture is always played by a democratic government, which means a strong democracy is required to build research culture.
* Maintenance of expertise and resource for research. * Free atmosphere is required for a good research where you are not bound while writing about anything. * The relationship between state and society should sound. * The
Government should consider to build institutions so as to build proper research culture in the country. * The open mindedness is required for research culture. * There should be research and survey organization's role is needed.
* People should remove egoism from their minds. * The tussle between the forces of status quo and the forces of change end. * The need of research materials should be fulfilled.
