I have worked with different NGOs (both professionally and voluntary which include Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP), South Asia Media Association (SAMA), South Asia Labor Forum (SALF), Pakistan Women Lawyers Association (PAWLA), and Pakistan Institute Of Labor Education and Research (PILER). Professionally I worked with the Following Institutions as: -

• Research Officer, Pakistan Women Lawyers' Association (PAWLA). 1995-96.
• Assistant Editor, Thirdwold (now Southasia) a monthly magazine on current affairs. 1996 - 1997.
• Research Officer, Pakistan Institute of Labor Education and Research (PILER)            1997-98.
• Presently teaching at the Department of International Relations, University of Karachi since January 1999, Courses teaching: Strategic Studies, International Organization, Far Eastern Studies, China and Japan.

• Conducted a South Asian Conference on Women and Law, in January 1996 organized by PAWLA (Pakistan Women Lawyers' Association) sponsored by the British Council, Karachi, Pakistan.
